A Look at Some of Our Latest Work
Golden Orchard
165 single family homes in Apopka, FL on 35 +/- acres. The first in our line of green communities, every home is equipped with solar panels. We closed the deal with Lennar in September 2021.
Championsgate
Macallan rezoned 25 +/- acres and partnered with Pinnacle to close on the land. We delivered 312 garden style multifamily units on 25 +/- acres in the Champsionsgate submarket of Osceola County, FL. Construction was completed in 2023 and the community is fully leased.
Windy Oaks
Macallan delivered a shovel ready, 37.6 acre site to a homebuilder in Q4 2024. Site work has been completed for 121 single family homes in Leesburg, FL
Lake County
100 acre site located in Lake County, FL. Macallan closed on the property in March 2026. Our civil engineers are working on finalizing the engineering and approvals for a single family home community. We plan to deliver finished lots to a homebuilder in Q4 2027.
