A Look at Some of Our Latest Work
Golden Orchard
Macallan developed 165 single family homes in the Apopka, FL submarket on 35 +/- acres. The first in our line of green communities, every home is equipped with solar panels. We closed the deal with Lennar in September 2021.
Championsgate
Macallan rezoned 25 +/- acres and partnered with Pinnacle to close on the land. We will deliver 312 garden style multifamily units on 25 +/- acres in the Champsionsgate submarket of Osceola County, FL. Construction began in March 2022.
Windy Oaks
Macallan is developing 121 single family homes in Leesburg, FL on 37.6 +/- acres. Permitting is complete and site work will begin in Q1 2024.
