Mike has over 8 years of experience working in real estate operations and finance. In 2015, he joined Gibraltar Capital and Asset Management, Toll Brothers’ $400 million alternative investment fund. He sourced, analyzed, and executed on deals ranging from homebuilding joint ventures and land banking to structured lot financings across the country. Prior to that, Mike worked in Toll Brothers’ Project Manager training program, managing construction, sales, marketing, and financial reporting for 300 homes at Toll Brothers’ largest Chicago Active Living community. In 2018, Mike formed Macallan with his father David and brother Allan to pursue residential development deals. He is currently developing a 300 multi-family unit project in the Osceola County Championsgate submarket and 165 single family homes in Apopka, FL. Mike started his career at Royal Caribbean, where he was responsible for revenue forecasting and debt capital market syndications. He received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his BA from Amherst College.
